Preview in Open dialog not showing

Hello,

When I open a file via the Open dialog box, the preview does not show. Is there a way to turn this on? I know the files have the preview saved because other users have them with the same files. I could not locate anything in the SW help.

In the 'OPEN' dialog box, is the preview check box near the bottom checked?

Thank you, I thought I had checked that, but....I can't finish...sometimes I just need a 2x4 or two to the head.

Hi Craig,

Don't worry, all your questions have been really challenging. In fact so challenging that we I read this question I assumed you ran into some bizarre issue involving the "preview image". We are all human.
