Pressure Vessel Seal (Without Heat)

Hi, I have some strain guages mounted inside of a pressure vessel. Their wires pass through holes drilled in the vessel, and in better days, the holes were epoxied shut from the inside. Now the epoxy has failed, and I need to reseal the holes. Any ideas?
