Does anyone know of a deep ocean pressure test lab for small devises with dimension around 2" x 6" x 1"?

not sure where you are, nor the specific pressure you need to test at; that said, your small size req should give you plenty of options.

This facility tests a lot of ocean-going gear for marine pressure cases (Sontek, RDI, WHOI). They're in SoCal (San Diego)
