Pressure Rating of SA-182 F317L Flanges

I am designing a vessel made from 317L stainless steel, and need help with the flange rating of the SA-182 F317L flanges.

SA-182 F317L is not listed in ASME B16.5-1998; the closest material is SA-240 317 which is listed for material group 2.2.

Should I use the Pressure/Temperature ratings for material group 2.2?

Does anyone know why SA-182 F317L isn't listed in B16.5?
