Pressure Loss per Floor

I can not remember how much pressure you loose in a multiple floor building. I think it is 3-4 psi per floor up to the roof. I just cant find it in the nfpa standards. Any help
 
.433 p.s.i. per foot of elevation change.

Oh yeah. I knew I was close about numbers but I screwed up on decimals.
