Trying not to reinvent the wheel here...

I have a cell tower with pipe column legs that need to be pressure grouted to avoid overstressing the tower - a retrofit situation.

Does anyone have any details they can share, or websites to see, regarding the special retrofit connections necessary to fill the tower legs? Specs I have a hand on, but would appreciate any additional guidance in that area too. I've looked a long time for the details, but with no luck yet. Thanks for any help here...

Should be a pretty straightforward job, Mike. Pressure grouting is done in grouted post-tensioned systems, mud jacking and filling masonry voids. Here is one link, but you should probably contact grouting specialists in your area.

Thanks BA. I had a picture of a base condition from another job, and a spec outline. Put it together and am going to see what happens. As you said, not too difficult, but I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss something obvious.
