Consider a 12" pipe carryning water at 90 psig and an isolation valve which leaks. There is another valve downstream of this valve on the line. What pressure i could expect downstream this valve (in the section of pipe between these 2 valves) when both valves are closed and a long priod of time passed?

90 psi.
