Press Hardening Issue

I am trying to simulate press hardening of a sheet. I have 2 steps; one for loading and one for unloading. The problem is that the sheet goes back to its original position (ie completely flat) during unloading. I have tried to completely constraint the die during the unloading step, but it does not help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I have attached my input file for reference.

Is there any plastic deformation in the first step ? Check the PEEQ output.
