Press-fit factor, Kf

I am using the Distortion energy-elliptic equation for reverse bending and steady torque to properly size a shaft. I am trying to determine what the fatigue factor for a interference fit, Kf, would be so I can add it into my strength reduction factor. Is there a specific value for this factor?
