Kindly assist me in how to prepare the WPS of API 1104. what are the factors we need to consider during the API 1104 document studying, how to prepare(preparing sequence) and pre-requirements?

Are you asking about a Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) or the qualification of a welding process? They are different.

Further, this should be posted in the Welding, Bonding and Fastener Forum.
