Every preload torque formula has correction factors for nonplated, black finish, Zn plating, Cd plating, lubricated, etc fasteners.
What is the correction factor for Ultra Corrosion-Resistant Coated fasteners? Which of the above is it most similar to in terms of friction properties.
Thanks.

If the coating's manufacturer cannot tell you than you'll have to test.

What is the application? And what is the thread and size of the fastener?
And what do you mean ultra corrosion resistant coated fastener? Is it an exotic stainless steel that has some coating? Is it a corrodable steel that has a resitant coating? I really don't understand the question.
What is the material and its strength? Application is important too, is it a highly stressed F1 racing engine con rod bolt that depends on a good preload to keep it from loosening or does it just hold a cover plate on sewer pipe?
