precast concrete basement walls

We are designing a multi-story residential unit development and our client wishes to use precast concrete walls for the basement inlieu of cast in situ walls. The precast panels will be cast on site. Does anyone know of standard joint details for walls/ walls to footings, bearing in mind the walls will be subject to a 15 foot head of water pressure?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated

I haven't used a water tight precast wall before, but I would contact a manufacturer of precast walls and see what has worked best in the past.

For that much water, it may or may not even be feasible.
