By cellular, I assume you are dealing with the typical hollow core dense prestressed concrete slabs with a width of 16" to 488" or possibly 96" and a thickness of 4" to 16". The use of cellar, gas concrete or AAC products is not that common in the U.S., but it is common in some countries.
The structural properties for the standard products are supplied by the manufacturer. Individual properties for the fire resistance and sound transmission for the the products as is and with various toppings. This is a very good source in making design decisions, especially if you have a goos supplier local to the project. Except for cuts and special details this is the best place to start.
Fortunately, most (maybe 90%?) of the producers are members and certified by the PCI and there is a great resource for testing and acceptance by the model codes and IBC since they recognize and work with the code people.
