Power requirements for CompactLogix Packaged

I am struggling here. I need to calculate the power requirements for an AB Compactlogix 1769-L23E-QB1B Packaged controller. I will be adding one 4 channel 1769-IF4 input module. What is the proceedure for calculating the power requrements for this setup? I just can't seem to find what I think is the necessary information to figure this all out.
