Power Dist Software

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend software for power distribution, drawing conduit/cable tray, etc. 2 programs that have been recommended to me are:

Has anyone here had any experience using these? Any others that are preferred?

Are you looking for a designer type program to do physical layouts? Or are you looking for an analysis type program, ie. short circuit, protection, equipment sizing?
