Hi all
How to create a model of concrete, it's just like pour concrete over deck pan & rebar
Thanks advance

Concrete is just going to be a solid model block. I would then create an assembly and insert your deck pan and rebar as required. You could probably do this as a multi-body part as well, but I think you might like the ability to have seperate models of your required rebar lengths and such.

I doubt you want to model the aggregate of the concrete.

Hi MadMango

thanks for your replied, my further question is can i get that solid model with deck pan & rebar shape extrudes

Thanks

It sounds like you are looking for premade models. I am not sure of any sources that supply these types of models.

I always try to model items as they are manufactured. I don't think they make pre-stressed concrete forms with voids for inserting rebar and the like. Most concrete foundations are poured inplace.

Not too sure where you are going with this, but if you seek a model of the aggregate only, say maybe for density calculations, make an assemby with the block of aggregate, deck pan, and rebar. Then edit the aggregate and Insert/Feature/Cavity and use the rebar to model the cavity. Do a separate cavity for the deck pan.
