Poultry Processing Waste Water System

Hello- I'm an engineer working on a waste water treatment design project for a small poultry processing facility on a familly farm. They plan on using a maximum of 500 gallons of water per day for washing the facility down after several hundred birds have been processed.

Do you have any recommendation on where I could find design guidance or system recommendation for such a small system and facility?
