Post Weld Heat Treat Temperature - Standard Rail 1

I am looking for the PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treat) temperature for tangent (straight) standard rail 300 HB (Brinell Hardness). The following is the chemical composition (weight percent):

Carbon 0.74 - 0.84
Maganese 0.80 - 1.1
Phosphorus 0.035
Sulfur 0.037
Silicon 0.01 - 0.060
Nickel 0.25 (max)
Chromium 0.25 - 0.50
Molybdenum 0.10 (max)
Vanadium 0.03 - 0.05

How do I find the PWHT for this rail?
 
I dunno... I didn't realise the original message had been posted several months earlier... I had prepared the spreadsheet for a 'critical' project in the Winnipeg area...

If someone were to approximate a temperature, what would it be?

By the way, PWHT would not be practical because it would effect the bulk mechanical properties (strength and surface hardness) of the rail and not feasible in the field. You need a welding process that provides local heat input in a rather short time period.
