Post-Tensioned Ground Anchors in Soils under Axial Cyclic Loading

Does anyone know of any research, references, or projects where post-tensioned ground anchors (drilled shafts, auger cast piles, or micropiles) have been used in soils where the PT anchors are subjected to cyclic axial loading in tension and compression?

The anchors are used under a concrete pile cap to resist high overturning moments on the foundation.

If the anchors are post-tensioned and the magnitude of the cyclic load is well below the PT force, there should be no elastic deformation which would otherwise contribute to degradation of the ground anchor concrete to soil interface.
We would like to verify this without having to conduct full scale tests.
