I have a very small foundation to be placed on grade. basically it's a spread footing to only support the exterior walls. The interior floor is grade exposed. It will arive at the site (remote Alaska) in sections. Im designing the fnd as a "T" beam, and is for a small 12X12 bldg. I have dowels and sleeves at all cold joints. I want two strands of post tension through the the "T" beam. Any suggestions on a post tension strand that can be hand torqued?
