Post-Buckling Analysis Didn't Work (at least for me).

Hi all,

I read the ABAQUS documentation regarding the post-buckling analysis (6.2.3 and 6.2.4). I tried to perform the post-buckling analysis using the IMPERFECTION command and RIKS step.

However, the resulting shape of my sample (a bar with a rectangular cross section) did not tally with the mode 1 (or other modes) in the pre-buckling analysis using BUCKLE command.

Please advise me.
