Hi,

Can anybody please suggest possibilities of gold wire (1 mil dia.) bonding on the Electrolytic nickel plated surface?

I guess you don't care about operating temperature, electrical conductivity, appearance, positional accuracy, mechanical strength, design for manufacturing. Probably some other stuff too.
