Position of threaded hole on B16.34 boss

I'm trying to tolerance the position of a 3/4" NPT hole on a boss. B16.34 Fig. 4 states that the nominal boss dia. is 1.75 inches. However, I have no clue how much the hole can move around on the boss surface. Certainly, it can't be right next to the edge of the boss, but I don't really have any other criteria to limit the hole position. Any thoughts about other standards to use?
