PORV Sensing Lines

I am about to install two PORVs on our Alberta, Canada ammonia plant steam drum. 2 Qs:
1. Where should I locate the sensing line?
2. I am planning to steam trace the sensing line with 50 lb steam. Any limit for steam temp?
