Pore pressure BC in 3D model

i identified zero pore pressure BC at my 3D model surface(tetrahedron element). Yet when i check the pore stresses at model surface and integration points, it is never zero. is there an interpretition for that?
Note: in 2D model pore pressure equals zero)
