Populating Title Block from Part Custom Properties

I'm trying to populate my titleblock with information from the part model file in the "Custom Properties" Tab. Can anyone help explain how you do that? The "Help" isn't any help.

While you are editing your drawing template insert a note. Click on the note and in the property manager under Text Properties there is a button titles "Link to Property". Click that and select your property. Be sure to have it where you want and have the text formatted how you want before you save your template.

Incidentally, you can do this with notes in any environment (part, drawing, assy, etc.).
