Poor Element at MIDAS GTS NX

So I am trying to make a slope modeling with soil nailing reinforcement but the mesh that I made in my model is still not good (especially in the slope part that is close to the grouting) when checked using the Check Quality Mesh feature

Can anyone help me to reduce the poor mesh?
