I am trying to determine the maximum stress (or max deflection) allowable for a polyurethane bushing. The only info provided has been tensile strength, elongation, durometer and modulus 100.

Perhaps I am incorrect but I am concerned that the side loading of the bushing will compress the polyurethane to the point it will burst/extrude out of the joint.

How can I calculate this?
