polyurethane foam 1

Hi

Would anyone know if polyurethane foam is considerd a "combustible fiber" and would need to classified as a H 3 use
 
It is a group A plastic (NFPA 13 5.6.4.1).

I would personally say it is NOT a combustible fiber per IBC definition (307.2).
