Polypropylene and Butyl Rubber?

I have a subwoofer, Infinity Reference 1230w, and the Polypropylene cone has separated from the Butyl Rubber Surround. Is there an inexpensive adhesive suitable for this bonding the two back together? I really have no idea where to look for this kind of thing, and I really wouldn't trust anyone at a hardware store. Thanks.

This is very easy to accomplish with the use of a polyolefin primer which will raise the surface energy of the polypropylene but only for a window of time---usually 20 minutes.
