Point Load input in ABAQUS

There are 6 points to be loaded with load sixtet(FX,FY,FZ,MX,MY,MZ).

I have been provided the loads in tabular formats.

If I want to input the load in ABAQUS, I have to create 12 loads.
6 point x 2 loads for each point( one for inputting the concentrated force, and the other one for inputting concentrated moment.)

This way of inputting is too cumbersome and error prone.

Is there any simpler way of inputting the load data to ABAQUS?
