"Pocket fillet" in inside corner (SW 2009)?

Please see attached image. Is there a feature in SW which could do these inside corners just like fillet or chamber feature does? Drawing these corners in sketch is effort taking and later manipulation or the corners isn't so easy.

One way is to use the "Hole Wizard" in "Features".
Select "Hole" from "Hole Type" and change "Size" to whatever diameter you want
Select "Positions" tab and click on top surface. You should then be able to click on the four inner corners to get the hole size and then click "OK"
