Hello, dose any one know if there are any kind of Pneumatic or hydraulic time delay control devices? I am looking for a rotational device that could reset my design after one minute but it is required taht it should be 100% mechanical device and 1 minute timers can´t be found in the market

Have you tried The Lee Co?
It will likely have to be a combination of parts, controlled volume, orifice, and pressure switch.

Parker and Festo both have pneumatic versions, we have used them on different applications. Parker part number is PRT-D10 (for example), Festo has the VZA or VZB valves. These are purely logic valves, but you can use them to drive further circuitry to reset whatever you need to do. Parker's timer goes up to 180 seconds, but can't remember about the Festo.

For pneumatics or hydraulics if I don´t have pressure available I would need an accumulator.

The design is for a mobile application, I was thinking of a rotational device taht would store the tortion energy on a spring and the delay would be acomplished by the passing of fluid through a calibrated nozzle/s but changes in temperature would probably change the viscocity and the timing...

Some automatic water faucets do this by friction I think but need too much maintenance

Any ideas?
