run various types of bulk trailers hauling bulk cement. most are 20+ year, some over 40. Have them on schedule for yearly visual and pressure test. Some customers are asking for additional testing due to excessive wear and/or replacement parts/welding. Some, I wouldn't say would pass a thickening test but what is recommended for additional testing besides that which may result in additional certification for continued use.

You state that some customers just want "additional testing" without anymore specific detail ??.... How Presidential of them !!

Thank goodness that they do not simply dump a problem on the lowest level engineer who is obviously new to an organization.

What is a "thickening test" ? Do you mean a wall thickness test for the vessel ?

What do you use for an acceptance criteria for wall thickness teating ?

Are the bulk trailers failing in a certain way or on a certain place on the shell ?

Can you post pictures of the bulk trailers and the failures you are finding ?

Also, I suggest that you at least try to use sentence capitalization and punctuation. They have a purpose and you will get better answers much quicker.
