If possible could any one help me, it would be very much appreciated if you could send me a circuit digram for the following spec:- Turned parts for spark plugs are fed in pairs on a rail to a multi-spindle machining station. in order to achieve separation two double acting cylinders are triggered in a push pull rhythm. In the original position , the upper cylinder A is in the retracted position and the lower cylinder B in the extended position. A third cylinder C opens a trap door to allow the spark plugs to enter the spindle machine.
the circuit is started using a detented valve. It would be very much appreciated if you could take the time to reply.

I couldn't understand what a detented valve is. Push pull type control for activating two cylinders is not very difficult. This can be done by a 2/5 way valve. Let us say, you have three ports A, B and C on one side with B as inlet and D and E on one side as outlets.

Connect the mail supply to B, divide D into two streams and feed one stream to TDC of one cylinder and other stream to BDC of another cylinder. Do the same thing with E but to the BDC of first cylinder and TDC of second cylinder.

When compressed is supplied to D via B, port E exhausts to C and when air is supplied to E, there is exhaust from D to A. You should better explain the timing of trap door. Also check at Festo website.

Regards,
