PMI and 3D Annotation in SE?

Does SE support 3D annotation IAW Y14.41? Or, is there an aftermarket add-in that will allow it?

I believe V19 will support 3D annotation when it is released.

Just talked to my VAR, SE v19 will have Y14.41 compliant PMI. I'm going to try to find out the specifics and see if I can't compare it to SolidWorks - kind of an by the numbers/how it meets Y14.41 sort of thing...
