Shear wall is 18' long and 10'-6" high.
Wall studs are 2x6 @ 16"
What is the minimum size of individual plywood panel that I can use?
Standars plywood panel is 4'x8'.
Also, what if we have doors or windows?
What is the minimum panel size?

The questions you are asking are part of the entire design process. If you do not understand the design process, then you need to get local help, not from a forum.

macan1 - in looking at many of your past posts, you seem to be always looking for engineering direction from this site for very basic engineering questions as though you have no engineering training at all. If you aren't an engineer this site is not for you. You need to get direct engineering help and supervision.

I would recommend reading the ANSI/AF&PA SDPWS-2008. It is a free view only pdf download. You can get it at

As EOR's we should take the responsibility to design our structures to support the components we allow in our design per that industry standards.
