We have SW05 w/SP2 and plotting on HP650C. My problem is I don't get the option for oversized paper sizes nor can I specify a custom paper size. I'm not sure what ploitter driver is installed. My guess would be it's a driver issue. What driver do I need? Could something else be wrong? We recently got this plotter and the before we were only printing 8.5 X 11 prints on a regular office printer. Thanks in advance for your help.

Find your plotter in the control panel. Right click and go to edit printing preferences. On the paper size tab there is a button for more sizes. Click the more sizes button, a new window opens with used standards column. Make sure the size types you want use have check marks in the box.

Go to Start > Printers then RMB on the HP650C icon. Go to the advanced tab to validate the correct driver. Also, is this shared on the network or direct to your computer? I have to HP DesignJet 800 and see all paper sizes including oversize.

Driver is C28598. Is that the correct/latest one? It is on the server. Looks like I need IT to load custom sizes from what I can tell. Thanks

Driver is C2859B. Sorry

Here is a link to a driver

Per this website the driver you're using is correct if you're using true font.
