Plotting graph

Hi, I am new to ABAQUS CAE. I currently want to plot the graph for force vs displacement. To plot the graph, I need to sum all the reaction force and displacement by obtaining the value from the table in ABAQUS then transfer to EXCEL to plot the force vs displacement. Therefore I am wondering, is there any way to sum all the force and displacement ?

in CAE, create XY-data, operate on XY data, sum is somewhere in the right column, you can select the ones you want to add, and press (surprisingly) "add to expression".
