Plotter Setup

I have set-up a plotter que for our HP Designjet 500, but how do I get Unigraphics to find the plotter on the network. I've tried everthing I can think of. I used Pqmgr to set-up the que but it still doesn't work. Can any one help me?

You have UG on a workstation and the plotter is set up on a network queue.

On the workstation the ugiipqd process MUST login to the domain controller with the administrator account.
Goto Manage and then Services. Stop the UG plot services, select properties and then LogOn, This account: Domain/administrator and then enter the password. Start the UG plot service.
