Hi all, i'm new here.

Could you please help me with a power press circuit. I have a Hare 25HP press which has a fault on the electronic control. I plan to rip out the control and replace it with my own using relay logic. However to do so I need to now which valves require activation to give the required movements.

Could anyone tell me which valves require activation to give, fast down, down, decompression and up stroke movements of the cylinder?

I have a basic understanding of hydraulics, but i'm a bit lost with this. Please help. Sorry the drawing is such poor quality, its the only one I have.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Not sure what lines are connected.
Decompression on FA = Energise valve 23
Pressure on FA = Energise valve 13, what I think is 21 & 16
Pressure on AA = De-ener valve 13, energise valve 16
The annulus is blowing over a RV as it goes through extension
That's a quick stab at it, and may have overlooked stuff.
Cheers
