Please see attached surge absorber which is conneced with a relay coil. I want to buy some for spare part. Does anyone know which brand is it? Thank you.

That is a Siemens/Halske component. The electronic parts are now made by Epcos and there are exact replacements. They will probably even carry the same identification.
