Please explain drain/fill nozzle, it is 2 nozzles or 1? ASAP

Do you agree with this statement:

"The 4” drain/fill nozzle is for both functions, as its name indicates. "

Can we use 1 nozzle for both drain/fill functions for our thermal storage tanks or do we have to use 1 nozzle for drain and 1 nozzle for make-up water?

Yes you can use on nozzle for bot functions if you can arrange that the piping and valves to accomplish both functions.
