We have a customer in the oil and gas industry that wants us to provide our equipment with
“WITSML Communications Protocol via RJ-45 port". Our equipment is controlled by an Allan Bradley Micrologix 1400 PLC with a Modbus port. What is necessary to provide the WITSML protocol that the customer requires? Is this something that can be done with an off-the-shelf gateway device?
