Plaxis 2D V10

We are simulating deep excavation problem in clays using Plaxis 2D v10 software.
After certain stages the problem is not converging and showing error message as 'Load advancement procedure fails'.
The same problem we tried in Plaxis 2D V11 and it computed successfully.
Some users has reported this type of bugs are very common in Plaxis 2D V10.
Please suggest suitable measures and if possible please advice how to upload the Plaxis file for your review.
