I have analyzed an E-P 3D model and the solution has converged. Stress-strain data droved from Annex 3-D of ASME VIII-2.

But i saw while equivalent stress reached the ultimate tensile strength limit (sigma uts,t) in time step 0.85 , the plastic strain is 0.12 . Also in time step 0.93 the stress remains constant but plastic strain goes to 0.22 . And in time step 1 plastic strain become 0.37 .
The input data for ultimate plastic strain @ Ultimate tensile strength was 0.11 !!!

what does that plastic strain mean?
How the solution Converged?

Note that Elongation of my segment in test was 0.27 and it is lower than 0.37 so the solution should not converged!
