I have a component made from ULTEM 2300. The volume = 84 cu. in.
This is too large for most molding houses.
Q: I need sources who can mold such a part.
Q: What pastics can be molded to this size -which have the same or better mechanical
properties? The environment is 90 deg. C max.; part is in a transformer oil.

The best way might be to compression mold it with continious fiber (glass) reinforced Ultem. Parts of this size can be molded considerably cheaper then injection molding if you need 100's. Performance is much inproved also. Check out as a source for this type of service.
