I have a supplier who is threatening to shut down our production line because they are having cracks in their final product with the injection molding process. What part of the process could cause this issue?

Wouldn't the location of the cracks be an important bit of info? Is it near a boss or a rib? Is it in the middle of an extremely thin/thick section?

I suspect it is the part of your process that is not controlled within acceptable parameters.

The reasons are many - most are problems which will be associated with a specific polymer (e.g. PC and cold tool/solvents, etc)

Is this an existing product with a sudden problem?
