Plastic Hinges for Pushover Analysis by API code?

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to write some procedure with API in SAP2000 to create a simple frame model and add the plastic hinges to the frames. I have been looking around the API documentation, but I have not found any internal procedure to add the hinges to frame by code.

Have Anyone else had the same situation?
