Plastic Extrusions

Pardon the oddness of this thread.

Aside from engineering, I am also involved in game design (board, card, role-playing games). I am looking for plastic extrusions which are cheap, can be provided in 5 colors, 2 shapes, and cut to length (preferably by the manufacturer). The pieces would be similar to the old Risk pieces which were injection molded. The shapes do not have to be the same.

There are lots of companies offering from stock extruded rods and profiles in various shapes and sizes, materials and colors, which can be cut to length as desired. I don't know from which part of the world you are from, but in Europe (Germany) two of the biggest are Ensinger GmbH & Co and Simona AG. Check out their websites.

Sorry, I tend to forget that this is not specific to any one nation. I am in the USA. I have searched online for a company but most tend to be for custom extrusions only. I do not have the money for new dies. So standard shapes are best. I will check out the European companies shortly.
